“Aren’t you afraid?” I’ve heard that question so many times in the past – in almost every trip I take whether it is a million miles away or an 1-hour trip from home. The word “fear” keeps coming up in every conversation I have lately.
I know there are times that you feel lonely or that you can’t handle the world on your own. But being able to be self-sufficient is a rare skill that it isn’t easy to acquire. Feel proud for mastering it!
And each time you come back home from a solo trip, you feel even more confident – confident enough to talk to a stranger, to state your needs or even go outside and enjoy a meal by yourself in your own city.
